Cancellation Policy

We understand that surgeries get rescheduled, trips get cancelled, and events get postponed. We will try and accommodate you in every way possible, however, we do adhere strictly to the policies below:

• We require 48hrs cancellation notice prior to your scheduled delivery or (in store) pick up date, otherwise we will charge you a cancellation fee as below.
• 0% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel or make any changes from 48hrs prior to your scheduled delivery or (in store) pick up date.
• 50% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel or make any changes from 24hrs prior to your scheduled delivery or (in store) pick up date.
• 100% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel or make changes on your scheduled delivery or (in store) pick up date or No show.
• Once equipment is delivered, early cancellation will only be eligible for a 50% refund of what time is left on the rental.
